It's About Accuracy in 2020

Lithia Springs, GA  - January 22, 2021  - Gifford Pace – Our order accuracy continued to shine throughout 2020 despite a move, pandemic, and an unbelievable surge in ecommerce volume.  FSI had an overall accuracy rate per order of 99.96% during 2020 that matches 2019 and exceeds the goal of 99.95%.  May and December 2020 reached a stunning 99.98%.  To recognize this achievement, FSI added yet another banner to our Wall of Fame.  

Our order volume, line, and piece volume also grew about 40% over 2019.  Fortunately, our expansion plans were already in place leading into 2020 and we were able to take full advantage of this growth due to our new warehouse and it’s nearly 500,000 square feet.  This growth is due to an increase in business from our existing client base but also the addition of new clients.   From everyone here at FSI, we would like to say thank you for trusting us during this unprecedented time.
