FSI Supports Scholarship Program with 5K Participation  

Lithia Springs – 7/8/22 – Forrest Marbutt - FSI tries to participate in a company-wide charitable event a few times a year.  We feel it is important to give back, and we also attempt to have some fun together while doing it.  If we can also get a little exercise, then that’s a win all the way around for us.  We’ve done various races like mud obstacles races, a city-wide scavenger hunt, a triathlon, and in today’s case, we’re talking about our most recent 5K that we participated in, the Divine Nine 5K.       

The Divine Nine race series is a fun walk/run that brings people together from near and far.  Divine Nine members and supporters, family and friends – all are welcome at this community event.  It’s coordinated by the National Pan-Hellenic Council of Greater Atlanta, Chicago and Los Angeles.  Event proceeds support the council’s scholarship and community programs.  

It was a ton of fun, and we can’t wait to do another one.  Most (all?) of us even walked away with some earned hardware.  Stay tuned for announcements for our next 5K, and be sure to join us.
