This year marks a big milestone for Fulfillment Strategies International (FSI): 30 years of helping brands solve complex fulfillment challenges with smart strategy, hard work, and a lot of heart. What started three decades ago has grown into something much bigger than systems and shipments. It’s become a company built on relationships—within the fulfillment industry, with our clients, and especially with one another.
We were glad to have founders Ken Marbutt and Hoyt Marbutt with us, along with several former employees who helped shape FSI over the years. Bringing past and present together felt right. It was a good reminder that while the industry has changed, the core of FSI hasn’t—show up, solve problems, and take care of customers and each other.
To make the celebration even more meaningful, each of our team members was given a jersey with their last name and the number of how long they’ve been part of the FSI family. They ranged from 1 year all the way up to an incredible 30 years. Seeing those numbers side by side was a powerful reminder that FSI’s success is built on long-term relationships, commitment, and the people who’ve helped shape our story over the past three decades. And we had plenty of employees with 25+ years!
We also kept the food iconic by having The Varsity food truck, an Atlanta institution known for serving classics. Zero pretense and 100% flavor. Chili dogs, burgers, and all the favorites kept everyone fueled and smiling.
FSI has always believed strong teams are built through collaboration—and sometimes a little friendly competition. Adult Big Wheel Club ran a fun, fast‑moving, problem-solving challenge that ended with Big Wheel races for anyone brave enough to line up. Lots of laughs, just enough competition, and a great way to wrap the day.
Thirty years in fulfillment doesn’t happen by accident. It takes experience, relationships, and people who care about doing the work right. We’re proud of where we’ve been—and excited for what’s ahead.
