Mary Wiley Retires After 20 Years

Lithia Springs, GA  - March 31, 2021 – Forrest Marbutt – One of FSI’s best and longest tenured employees, Mary Wiley, finally hung up her customer service cape for good.  Mary has been with us for 20 years, and she will be dearly missed.  FSI is celebrating our 25 year anniversary this year, so when Mary started at FSI, we were just 5 years into this.  She has been a part of a lot of changes during those 20 years.  When she first started, we had less than 20 full time employees (over 120 today), and we were in a 36,000 ft² warehouse (486,000 today).  Mary has been our go to CSR for many of our largest accounts including when SPANX was first getting off the ground.     

With Mary leaving, don’t worry.  True to how Mary took such great care of her clients, she also took great care of FSI by making sure that everything she has learned over these 20 years has been passed along, well documented, and other CSR’s trained on taking over.  She’s also great friends with many of us here and is willing to be a great resource we can call on anytime.  She plans on doing some travelling, which she hasn’t done a whole lot of before, but she plans on catching up.  She’s even got a cruise lined up for next week already.  Best of luck to you Mary!  FSI will not be the same without you, that’s for sure.
